1. Service Area

Weekly recurring services are only offered in Okotoks.

One-time and spring cleanups are available in Okotoks, Calgary, and surrounding areas.

2. Access

Please ensure gates are unlocked and the yard is safe and accessible on your scheduled service day.

If the yard is inaccessible for any reason, including a locked gate, obstruction, or unsafe conditions, the cleanup will be skipped and resumed the following week.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed visits due to inaccessible yards.

3. Notifications

Customers will receive:

a service reminder the morning of service, and
a text notification 5–10 minutes prior to arrival

4. Gate Check & Photo Confirmation

After each visit, we ensure your gate is securely closed.

A photo confirmation of the closed gate will be sent by text or email after service.

5. Sanitization

Tools and footwear are sanitized between every cleanup to help prevent cross-contamination from yard to yard.

6. Waste Disposal

Pet waste is disposed of in the following ways:

\nGreen bin: waste is bagged in compostable bags in line with city regulations
\nGarbage bin: waste is double-bagged

7. Pets

For everyone’s safety, all aggressive or unfriendly pets must be secured or kept indoors during service.

8. Initial Cleanup

An initial cleanup fee may apply for any yard that has not been serviced within the past week.

This will be assessed and confirmed prior to the first visit.

9. Payments

-Payments are accepted by Mastercard, Visa, and Visa Debit.

-All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted credit card processor.

-Recurring services are automatically billed monthly to the credit card on file on the 1st of each month.

-A valid credit card must be kept on file for all recurring services.

-Customers may cancel recurring service at any time.

-Payment must be received prior to service.

10. Billing Issues

If a payment fails or a billing dispute occurs:

service will be paused immediately until the issue is resolved
once payment is completed, service will resume on the next scheduled visit
if more than one week has passed without service, an initial cleanup fee may apply

11. Cancellations & Refunds

For recurring monthly services, if cancelled, the remaining cleanups for that month will be refunded.

Please provide 72 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled cleanup to cancel or reschedule a service.

12. Weather

If service is delayed or skipped due to extreme weather, including heavy snow, ice, or storms, it will resume on the following scheduled visit, and two weeks of waste will be cleaned up at that time.

During fall and winter, some waste may be covered by leaves, snow, or ice and may not be immediately visible.

All visible waste will be removed, and any remaining waste will be addressed as conditions improve.

13. Wildlife Waste

Wildlife waste removal is offered as a separate service and is available from May through August. Wildlife waste removal requires a separate quote.

14. Pet Waste Deodorizer

-EZ Deodorizer is available as an add-on service for recurring visits at an additional rate.

-EZ Deodorizer is also available as a one-time application.

-It is included with spring and one-time cleanups.

-Only offered March through September

15. Satisfaction Guarantee

If any pet waste is missed during cleanup, please contact us within 24 hours of service to receive a free revisit.

16. Referral Program

Existing customers may refer friends, neighbours, and family.

Referral links can be found in the Client Portal at poopnscoop.jobbersites.com.

If a referred customer signs up for a weekly recurring service, the referring customer will receive two free weekly cleanups, applied as a credit toward their next billing cycle.

The referred customer must complete at least one paid billing cycle before the referral credit is applied.

Referral credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

17. Agreement

Booking service with Poop n Scoop confirms acceptance of these terms.

Terms may be updated periodically.
